Russian is a Slavic language and is spoken in Russia, the biggest country in the world. Other Slavic languages include Belarusian, Croatian and Polish. Russian is a world language spoken as a mother tongue by approximately 175 million people. Russian does not have many dialects and so there are few differences in pronunciation between the different regions. Did you know that some of the best world literature works were originally written in Russian?

Apart from Russian, we also specialise in Belarusian. It is an East Slavic language spoken in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania. This language was also strongly influenced by Polish.
